Our Founder
Our founder, Ismael Zina, is a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, and scholar with over 15 years of experience driving impactful initiatives across diverse sectors and global regions. With a background rooted in the non-profit sector and service in the U.S military as a non-commissioned officer, Ismael has honed his leadership skills in high-stakes environments.
Thanks to his extensive international experience in Africa, the US, Asia, and the Pacific, Ismael has led dozens of teams and executed complex operations up to a $500 million USD annually.
Apart from his leadership roles, Ismael is also a successful entrepreneur, launching ventures in the construction, health, and IT sectors. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and holds graduate degrees in Business Management, International Development, and Public Health.
Currently, Ismael is pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Leadership, focusing his research on the importance and impact of various leadership theories.
As the founder of Zina & Co., Ismael brings his wealth of experience to empower SME leaders in enhancing their skills to advance their business.
